Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Just about everything tastes better with cheese!

This is one of the easiest and tastiest side dishes to pair with just about any meal and it only required a few ingredients that we probably all have in our kitchen right now!

Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato
2 small red potatoes
cheese of your choice, I used gruyere
garlic powder
olive oil
salt
pepper


Directions

Pre heat over to 400.

Cut your potatoes into small even sized cubes.

Place in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and toss to evenly coat.  Next, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. 

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring half way through.

During the last 3 minutes of the cooking time, sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt. 

Serve!  It is that simple to make a really great tasting side dish!  I served this side dish with Polish Kielbasa and Sauerkraut.
