2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons minced or grated garlic
In a small saucepan, add orange juice, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ginger and garlic.
Simmer over a low heat until the sauce thickens slightly, approximately 40 minutes.
