Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail - Sweetened

After learning about ACV, I have started adding it to my daily consumption.  I encourage everyone to drink at least 2-4 tablespoons daily!

 Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is full of a lot of health benefits: 

INTERNAL BENEFITS:
Rich in enzymes & potassium
Support a healthy immune system
Helps control weight
Promotes digestion & ph Balance
Helps soothe dry throats
Helps remove body sludge toxins

EXTERNAL BENEFITS:
Helps maintain healthy skin
Helps promote youthful, healthy bodies
Soothes irritated skin
Relieves muscle pain from exercise
  
 Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail - Sweetened 

1 1/2 cup of cold filtered water
2 tbs of apple juice
2 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar (I use Braggs)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of Agave

Place all the ingredients together in a glass and stir until it is all mixed together. You can add a little ice if you like.

  1. I just got the stuff to make this last night, I used martinellis unfiltered apple juice but everything else was the same, it's Good! I wouldn't sit and drink 5 glasses of it , but for the benefits it's much better than doing a shot of the apple cider vinegar alone, thanks for the tip, I would recommend doing it this way for sure!

    1. Glad you like it! I wouldn't suggest 5 glasses a day either, the recommended daily amount is 2-4 tablespoons daily which is 1 to 2 glasses a day is following this recipe!
